We have been active in the market since 1990, operating under the Seamar s.c. brand since 2006 — over 35 years of experience placing seafarers with foreign shipowners. We are registered with the Maritime Office in Gdynia and operate under the MLC 2006 convention.

We recruit officers, ratings and hotel staff for general cargo, bulk, MPP, ro-ro, ro-pax and offshore support vessels. For selected shipowners we act as a full-scope crew management agent.

Long-standing cooperation with a network of sub-agents in Eastern Europe and our Kyiv and Kherson offices, operating since 2019, lets us employ — besides Polish officers and ratings — seafarers from the region. Recruitment is free of charge for the seafarer — under MLC 2006 we charge no placement fees.
